Who we are
At Old Homestead Campground, we’re proud to revive a property rich in history and deeply rooted in the North Park community. Once a lively gathering place with dances, live music, a restaurant, and a saloon, Old Homestead was a cornerstone of social life in Rand, Colorado. Over the years, it also served as a beloved campground, home to cozy cabins and countless cherished memories.
After nearly a decade of inactivity, we’re thrilled to breathe new life into this historic gem. As the new owners, we’re embarking on an exciting journey to renovate the cabins, expand RV sites, and create a welcoming space for recreation, connection, and celebration. With plans to reopen in early summer of 2025, our vision is to honor Old Homestead’s legacy while reimagining it as a hub for both locals and visitors to gather, explore, and enjoy the unparalleled beauty of North Park.
Join us as we write the next chapter of Old Homestead Campground’s story—one filled with community, adventure, and unforgettable experiences.
Cheers to new chapters and adventures!
